Refund Policy

Effective date: 14 August 2026

ProfitLab Journal is sold as a digital product through Paddle. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and administers eligible refunds, payment disputes, taxes and buyer receipts.

1. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Eligibility and time limits may differ by country. Refund and withdrawal requests are assessed under applicable law and Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy.

2. How to request a refund

Use the receipt or buyer-support link included in Paddle’s purchase confirmation email, visit Paddle’s buyer support, or contact us at tnhprofit8@gmail.com. Include the purchase email and transaction or receipt identifier, but never send complete card details or your password.

3. Technical access problems

If a verified payment does not activate access or a material technical defect prevents normal use, contact us so we can investigate and restore access. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, the transaction may qualify for a refund or another remedy required by law.

4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Report duplicate or suspected unauthorized charges promptly through Paddle’s buyer support. Paddle may request information needed to locate and verify the transaction.

5. One-time purchase

ProfitLab Journal’s launch offer is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. There is no recurring plan to cancel. A refund, chargeback or reversed payment may deactivate the associated product entitlement and account access.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle, the payment network and the buyer’s financial institution.

7. Contact

For product-access assistance before or during a refund request, email tnhprofit8@gmail.com.
